Job summary

Centre for Information Resilience in London seeks a Project Manager to drive open-source research projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will work with a dynamic team to plan research activities, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires SC clearance eligibility, English fluency, and the ability to multitask across projects within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects to deadline and budget.
• Experience delivering UK government-funded projects and knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Strong planning, financial management, impact reporting and risk mitigation.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary and multinational teams.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CIR projects, coordinating with project technical lead and CIR Director.
• Ensure projects meet budget, quality, and deadlines; build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop research plans, deliverables, and quality assurance; track progress and resolve issues.
• Foster strong relationships with CIR colleagues, consultants and partner organisations.
• Collaborate with open-source investigators and remote sensing experts to develop technical solutions.
• Measure and report on project activities and impact.
• Identify and manage project risks; forecast finances and oversee expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with CIR policies on data protection, cyber security, safeguarding and conduct.
