Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead for a central Londonbased contract role. The position is hands‑on and leadership focused, requiring strong Power Platform development expertise, extensive stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Power Apps development with Canvas Apps.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience building custom functionality using HTML/JavaScript and related web technologies.
• Proven track record leading technical design and solution delivery; ability to translate concepts to business language.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior engagement experience.
• Experience leading workshops and shaping solution direction.
• Previous experience in Technical Lead/Lead Developer/Solution Architect roles.
• Active SC Clearance mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of Power Platform solutions.
• Act as the technical lead across Power Apps, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Design scalable data models and application architectures.
• Lead workshops and requirements discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and best practice guidance.
• Mentor developers and support successful project delivery.
