Power Platform Developers - Senior Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable business applications that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps tailored to business requirements.
  • Build and customize Power Pages for secure, responsive external-facing portals.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate, integrating with various data sources and services.
  • Customize and integrate Dynamics 365 applications to align with organizational workflows and data models.
  • Leverage Co-Pilot and AI Builder to enhance applications with intelligent features and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Apply strong data modeling principles and effectively utilize Power Platform connectors to integrate disparate systems.
  • Participate in Agile methodology, contribute to story-based delivery, and ensure timely completion of development tasks.
  • Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and end-users.
Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments, with a focus on iterative, story-based development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ideal Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform (e.g., ALM, Git, Azure DevOps)
