Job summary

Capgemini in the UK is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with SC clearance to work on public sector digital services. You will join a cross-functional team, building reliable open-source based platforms, and operating across hybrid Office/Home environments.

The role focuses on Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and automation tooling. You’ll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, mentor juniors, and help deliver secure, scalable services for government clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Building infrastructure in AWS using Terraform.
• Automation tooling experience with Ansible.
• Provide technical leadership to teams and projects.
• Strong CI environments and orchestration tooling experience.
