Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network security platforms and firewall infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues to completion.
• Investigate and troubleshoot network and security problems using logs and monitoring tools.
• Implement and validate firewall policy changes and security configurations in production.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventative improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and MSPs.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to platform improvements and operational best practices.
• Support patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
