Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting seeks an IT Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex software, cloud, and digital IT initiatives. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-value outcomes on time and within budget.

You will champion Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, ensuring governance without sacrificing velocity.

Qualifications

• SC Clearance required.
• Proven delivery track record in software, cloud infra or digital transformation deliveries.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with Waterfall governance where needed.
• Proficient with modern delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Slack, MS Teams).
• Able to converse with software architects and DevOps engineers on technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and digital transformation streams from inception through to handover.
• Establish efficient delivery cadence and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Manage RAID risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, resolving blockers proactively.
• Work with Product Managers to align sprint goals with roadmaps and commercial objectives.
