Job summary

Infotel is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end software, cloud, and digital IT initiatives from inception to handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, clear blockers, and balance budget with schedule in a hybrid model.

You will champion Agile and hybrid delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and work with Product Managers to align sprint goals with strategic roadmaps and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Delivery Track Record across software, cloud, or digital transformations.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks with Waterfall governance where needed.
• Able to converse with architects and DevOps on constraints and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery and digital transformation streams.
• Establish delivery cadence and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).
• Proactively manage RAID and blockers to protect delivery targets.

Job description

As an IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex software, cloud, and digital IT initiatives. Sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will clear blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, QA, Product Managers, and 3rd-party vendors) deliver high-value outcomes on time and within budget.

You will advocate for best practices across Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, ensuring appropriate governance without sacrificing velocity.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and digital transformation streams from inception through to operational handover.
• Establish efficient delivery cadence, facilitating key ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, showcase reviews).
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) proactively, taking ownership to resolve blockers before they impact delivery targets.
• Work closely with Product Managers to align sprint goals with strategic product roadmaps and commercial objective

Clearance: You must hold SC Clearance

Proven Delivery Track Record: Direct experience managing software development, cloud infrastructure, or digital transformation deliveries.

Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) alongside practical experience integrating Waterfall governance where necessary.

Tooling: Proficient with modern delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Slack, MS Teams).

Technical Literacy: Ability to converse meaningfully with software architects and DevOps engineers on technical constraints, pipelines, and architectural dependencies.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing conflicting business priorities and managing senior executive expectations.

Third-Party Management: Hands-on experience directing external vendors, software agencies, or outsourced teams.
