Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of complex engineering projects across a portfolio of programmes.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software and FPGA Engineers.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee planning, resource allocation and delivery priorities.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and technical issues, escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers and stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Mentor a small team and provide leadership across teams.
