Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in London seeks an SC Cleared Enterprise Architect to define and lead the delivery architecture behind strategic defence programmes. You will sit at the centre of major bids and mobilisation activities, creating the operating model, governance framework and delivery ecosystem needed to turn ambitious customer outcomes into operational reality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or equivalent strategic leadership role.
• Experience designing operating models and governance frameworks for complex multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery, systems engineering, governance and assurance in large environments.
• Experience supporting major bids, captures and mobilisation activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and customers.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise delivery architecture for strategic bids and programmes.
• Connect customer objectives, governance, delivery processes and organisational design into a single operating model.
• Develop scalable frameworks that support delivery across multi-organisational environments.
• Design the target operating model for consortiums, partners and suppliers.
• Establish governance structures, escalation routes and assurance processes.
• Provide strategic input into business cases, delivery strategies and mobilisation activities.
• Create and maintain Enterprise Delivery Architecture and Lifecycle Management Frameworks.
