Qualifications

• ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
• Experience supporting or delivering ITIL v3 processes.
• Strong understanding of service operations principles.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day service delivery across ITIL processes.
• Manage service performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify trends and lead Service Improvement Plans.

Skills

Experience in structured ITSM
