Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Centre Analyst for a 6‑month hybrid role in the UK. The position requires SC clearance or eligibility and involves travel to multiple UK locations, with 3 days per week in the office and ad hoc travel to other sites.

You will support Data Centre operations, consolidation, migration and infrastructure activities, working with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain uptime, governance, and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance or eligibility
• Experience in Data Centre/IT delivery roles
• Strong understanding of data centre environments and IT infrastructure
• Experience with consolidation, migration, relocation or transformation

Responsibilities

• Support safe and reliable operation of the Data Centre estate
• Coordinate data centre consolidation, migration and infra activities
• Collaborate with compute, storage, network, applications and service dependencies teams
• Review and validate data centre inventory, assets and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across data centre, infra, network and supplier teams
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, milestones and delivery tracking
• Maintain risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and actions
• Support change management and implementation activities
• Ensure changes to service availability or resilience are properly assessed and documented
• Produce progress updates, dashboards and governance information
• Support resilience and business continuity improvements
• Escalate blockers proactively
