Job summary

IO Associates is seeking a Consultant to support government, defence and regulated environments. The role is remote with occasional travel to client sites in the South of England and requires active SC clearance.

You will contribute across delivery, analysis, stakeholder engagement, business change, assurance and requirements development. You will engage in bids, reports and governance activities, working with clients and teams while developing the Integrated Management System.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional consultancy experience.
• Active SC Clearance required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of project and programme management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership with limited supervision.
• Adaptable and able to work across different subject areas.
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of client projects and consultancy assignments.
• Managing defined work packages and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Working with clients, senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Conducting research, analysis and requirements development.
• Producing reports, presentations, briefings and recommendations.
• Supporting project governance, risk, issues and reporting.
• Contributing to bids, proposals and business development activity.
• Supporting the development and ongoing management of the company's Integrated Management System.
