IO Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Product Manager to shape complex digital products for Government and Defence. The role sits in a Product capability with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes through agile, user-centred delivery.

Hybrid working arrangement requires 1-3 days per month in London or Manchester, with active SC clearance to start. Salary ranges from £65,000 to £85,000 depending on experience and fit.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance is required to start.
• Strong experience as a Product Manager or similar digital product role.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, objectives and roadmaps.
• Experience managing products through lifecycle from discovery to live operation.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals and roadmaps.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product outcomes and priorities.
• Prioritise using evidence, balancing user needs, business objectives and technical constraints.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align requirements and direction.
• Lead products through discovery, development, testing, launch and improvement.
• Use data and feedback to measure performance and inform priorities.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, architects and delivery teams.
• Champion agile, user-centred and iterative delivery.
