Job summary

iO Associates seeks 2-3 bid managers to support UK primes & integrators in GTM strategy, focusing on Defence & Nuclear bids. The role is a 9-month contract, predominantly home-based with travel to client sites across the South of the UK.

You will work with BD, Sales & PM teams to craft winning bid strategies and proposals, leveraging extensive Defence service/technology experience. SC clearance is required, with travel to Bristol, London & Portsmouth as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids within Defence or Nuclear.
• Experience consulting into bid and sales teams.
• Experience with large-scale bids across services or technology.
• SC Cleared or SC clearable.

Responsibilities

• Parachute into BD, Sales & PM teams to drive bid strategy.
• Support multiple bids and proposals within Defence & Nuclear domains.
• Work with consultancy to assemble winning bid strategies.
• Travel to client sites as needed across Bristol, London & Portsmouth.
