Job summary

ARM is seeking a Business Analyst with active SC clearance for a 6-month contract in Reading, with hybrid work requiring 2 days on-site. The role supports digital engineering projects and requires experience in Synthetics, ITEA or TLS within a defence context.

The selected candidate will elicit and manage requirements, maintain baselines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, development and verification to ensure alignment with delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Management experience.
• Experience in Synthetics, ITEA or TLS.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defence environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, traceability and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting digital/engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Maintain requirements baselines, traceability and change control.
• Support requirement decomposition, allocation and impact assessments.
• Work closely with engineering, development and verification teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure requirements are aligned with technical delivery.
• Support reviews, validation activities, audits and governance.
• Produce and review business and technical documentation.
