Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Projects Team supporting a key Defence client in the Midlands. The role focuses on eliciting and validating requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering clear analytical documentation for delivery.

Based in the Midlands with travel to client sites, you will work on high-impact Defence initiatives, using Confluence and JIRA to manage documentation and user stories, and you must be eligible for SC

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analysing complex requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• UK National with SC clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate complex requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, BAs, engineers and architects.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation for project delivery.
• Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities.
• Support successful delivery of Defence projects.
• Experience using Confluence for docs and JIRA for tickets and user stories.
