Job summary

Lucid is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and operate Kubernetes platforms (EKS preferred) within AWS environments. The role focuses on IaC, CI/CD automation, and troubleshooting for agile delivery in public sector projects.

You will build and maintain Terraform for infrastructure, automate with Ansible, manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and handle Linux/Docker environments with monitoring using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters, with EKS preferred.
• Hands-on AWS core services and security fundamentals.

Position: DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes Focus)
Location: Remote/1 day per week onsite - Locations ideally Newcastle, Manchester, Blackpool. All location considered except London.
Duration: 3 months (initial contract + Ext)
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required/or SC Eligible
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
