Job summary

Siamo Recruitment are seeking a Production Operative for a wood distributor in Cirencester. The role involves quality checks, loading materials, operating machinery, and preparing goods for dispatch. Must have a Full UK driving license and be physically able to lift up to 20kg.

Working Monday to Friday (Days) with free onsite parking, pension, PPE provided initially and weekly pay. Training is offered and team-focused environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Quality control experience is essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufacture.
• Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets.
• Running safety checks on machinery.
• Machine operating safety and efficiently.
• Preparing products for dispatch - and loading pallets for delivery.
• Liaising with supervisors with any issues.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate PPE.
• Supporting team members regularly.
• General yard duties.

Siamo Recruitment are working with an established wood distributor based in Cirencester. Theyre seeking a talented individual to join their dedicated team as a Production Operative.

As a Production Operative you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction.

Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is advantageous or from a hands-on background. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the production and distribution industry.

This is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that cares about their product and become a specialist within the role.

Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 p/h
