Job summary

AccelerComm Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to influence the delivery of hardware and software IP in a hybrid Southampton office. You will manage one or more major customer or internal projects, collaborating with engineering and leadership to meet delivery commitments.

You will contribute to PM processes, learn our technology, and apply agile and traditional project management practices in a fast-growing company focused on satellite communications and IP development.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in software, hardware or firmware development/technology industries.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product and operations.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and governance.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, RAID logs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Programme and Engineering leadership to align the programme with strategic objectives.
• Agree a brief for each project with defined requirements, deliverables and goals.
• Plan, monitor, coordinate and report on multi-team projects with different engineering streams.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Contribute to change control, risk management and project governance.
