Cambridge Consultants is seeking an experienced Programme/Project Manager to lead complex telecoms projects, coordinating teams across software, hardware and systems disciplines. You will own end-to-end delivery, steer client relationships, and guide multi-disciplinary teams toward innovative solutions.

The role offers hybrid working with opportunities to shape strategy and elevate project outcomes while developing your leadership and technical acumen within a world-class technology environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience managing software and hardware development programmes
• Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Ability to scope, size and shape projects with technical experts

Mansioni

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of complex projects
• Manage customer relationships and expectations
• Collaborate with Business Developers and Technical Leads to guide clients to solutions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Signal Processing, AI, Digital Systems, RF, embedded software
• Oversee budget performance and delivery across multiple projects
