Job summary

Expleo is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the AIT team at the Stevenage site. You will lead electrical assembly, integration and functional testing of satellites and their subsystems, working under the AIT Operations Manager.

You will develop test procedures, automate scripts on CCS5, interpret ICDs and ensure compliance with ECSS standards, enabling successful launch campaigns. Occasional travel to test facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with electrical background.
• Experience with electrical AIT, test equipment and clean-room environments.
• Familiarity with CCS5/EGSE/SCOE and satellite test processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/avionics integration and functional testing for satellite programmes.
• Develop, maintain and execute test procedures and automated scripts on CCS5 against MIB/SRDB.
• Design, specify and validate test harnesses and interface adapters for EGSE/SCOE integration.
• Carry out testing and fault isolation across electrical and avionics interfaces.
• Create technical documentation and support environmental test campaigns.
