Responsibilities:

1. Architect and implement daily SAP basis administration activities in a complex multi-tier SAP landscape.
2. Ensure SAP-based systems operate reliably, efficiently, and securely.
3. Maintain adherence to standards and SAP best practices.
4. Support and proactively monitor core SAP applications, including installation, performance tuning, break fixes, and change requests based on business needs.
5. Research complex application/system integration issues with functional teams; examine integration points between SAP and non-SAP systems for inconsistencies.
6. Assist with configuring and maintaining High Availability and Disaster Recovery SAP solutions.
7. Possess thorough knowledge of SAP software, MS SQL, HANA databases, and experience with key business applications like SAP ECC, BWoH, BOBJ, Cloud solutions, PI/PO, SRM, SolMan, Fiori.
8. Experience with SAP installations, upgrades (SAP versions, EHP, SPS, Kernel, SUM), maintenance, troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization.
9. Good understanding of OS Windows/Linux administration, VMware virtualization, NAS/SAN storage, failover clustering, SAN replication, and other high availability technologies.
10. Experience with middleware, integration, and web technologies for SAP solutions.
11. Experience with Cloud solutions for SAP, including installation, configuration, migration, testing, and support.
12. Act as the Basis team lead, guiding strategy and operational support for integrated SAP systems and infrastructure.
13. Work independently, seeking guidance and consultation as needed.
14. Update Solution Manager, SLD, and XI content as required.
