Job Description: Support Analyst for SAP Deployment
We are seeking a Support Analyst to assist with the deployment and support of our SAP systems, specifically focusing on procurement modules. This role involves working closely with the Global STP deployment lead, based in the US, over the next 15 months.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end deployment of the SAP S/4HANA procurement system, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and procurement.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize procurement operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba) and familiarity with integration tools.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Additional advantageous qualifications include experience with ERPs like MS Dynamics, BPCS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and familiarity with Supplier Automation tools such as EDI, Corcentric, as well as Case Management solutions like PowerApps.
