Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Data Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors experience to turn HR data into meaningful insights. You will develop SuccessFactors Story Reports and interactive Power BI dashboards, using SQL and data visualisation to support business decisions.

The role supports existing People Analytics reporting and the move to SAP SuccessFactors-based reporting, ensuring continuity of historical reporting while building new analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Strong experience working with HR data.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and HR data.
• Experience with SuccessFactors data mapping, validation, migration and testing.
• Experience supporting reporting across legacy HR systems and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Power BI RLS.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality and SQL principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand HR data and reporting requirements with business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interactive SuccessFactors Story Reports from business needs.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, SQL and strong visualization.
• Build and document data models, measures, calculations, filters, slicers and drill-downs.
• Support SuccessFactors data mapping, migration, validation and testing activities.
• Integrate SuccessFactors data with Power BI reporting and legacy HR data for historical trends.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Support reporting during SuccessFactors implementation, go-live and post-go-live phases.
