Job summary
Thames Water is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer to join the Data Team within the BI division. You will create and improve SAC reporting templates and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and fellow SAC/Power BI developers, translate requirements into user-focused SAC solutions and drive continuous improvement of SAC reporting capabilities, templates, and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on SAC experience including modelling, data blending and calculations.
- BW/4HANA queries and data modelling.
- ETL and data warehousing concepts with data engineering teams.
- Agile delivery in continuous delivery environments.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design SAC stories and templates from business requirements.
- Translate requirements into SAC reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with SAC/Power BI developers and Data Engineering teams.
- Maintain SAC artefacts: models and stories, data structures and visuals.
- Address incidents and troubleshoot SAC models, data sources and calculations.
- Contribute to testing, QA and successful implementations.
