Purpose:

• Operate as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning, providing professional advice and making recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition.
• Design and develop business/process-enhancing solutions within SAP independently.
• Deliver early life support for new solutions.
• Support established in-house developed solutions.
• Add value to existing business processes/procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in managing third-party and internal suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outcomes.
• Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
• Coordinate and supervise team members' activities (if applicable).
• Take ownership of and resolve complex technical problems within your specialty.
• Prioritize work to deliver solutions for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects within Service Level Agreements.
• Challenge or respond to process-related challenges.
• Support data migration projects as required.
• Understand business data requirements and translate them into solution frameworks/architectures.
• Collaborate with business experts and technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate development and review of code elements.
• Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal and external standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Implement patches and fixes for deployed business solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for new solutions.
• Provide early life support for new business solutions.
• Transfer knowledge to team members.
• Create technical specifications and support documentation.
• Assist business users in producing user guides and training materials.
