Our client, a large UK Aerospace company, is looking for a SAP (S4) specialist with experience in SAP - PP, SAP-MM, and SAP-QM to assist on Production Planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning, providing professional advice and making recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition.
• Design and develop business/process-enhancing solutions within SAP independently.
• Deliver early life support for new solutions.
• Support established in-house developed solutions.
• Add value to existing business processes/procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in managing third-party and internal suppliers.
• Provide early life support for new Business Solutions.
• Support data migration projects as required.
• Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve desired business outcomes.

Experience required

• Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
• Challenge and respond to process issues effectively.
• Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
• Prioritize work and manage time effectively to deliver solutions for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects within Service Level Agreements.
• Coordinate and supervise team members' activities.
• Take ownership of and resolve complex technical problems within own specialty.
