Job summary

AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd. is seeking a SAP Sales Director for the UK (Slough/Aberdeen) to shape the commercial strategy and lead a high-performing sales function.

You will build trusted relationships at C-suite level, win complex transformation deals, and drive growth across SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management, SAP BTP and transformation programmes. The role is UK based with a hybrid working model, regular customer engagement and time spent with AG's headquarters to influence the business

Qualifications

• Experience selling SAP solutions to C-suite level executives and complex Transformation deals.
• Track record in enterprise software or SAP ecosystem with long-term growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for SAP solutions in the UK market.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation across SAP S/4HANA, EAM, and related transformations.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and SAP, driving growth and long-term value.

Someone who's won complex transformation deals, navigated enterprise sales cycles and understands how to create long-term growth rather than chasing short-term wins.

You'll be selling solutions and services across SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management, SAP BTP and broader transformation programmes, working closely with both customers and SAP to identify opportunities and deliver real value.

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person.
