Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead a customer-side upgrade programme in Cheshire, with end-to-end accountability from assessment through mobilisation, go-live and stabilisation. You will coordinate Business, IT, SAP, System Integrators and third-party partners.

This senior role requires proven SAP programme leadership, executive stakeholder management and governance to translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SAP programmes on the customer side.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end upgrade projects from assessment to stabilisation.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade programme including scope, budget and governance.
• Lead customer-side delivery across Business, IT, SAP and SI partners.
• Establish governance forums, RAID, financial controls and executive reporting.
• Drive business change, training and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful go-live.
