Job summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead a customer-side upgrade project. The role covers assessment, business case, mobilisation, delivery, cutover, go-live and stabilisation, with accountability across Business, IT, SAP and partners.

The position is hybrid, based in Cheshire, UK, with 1–2 days on-site per week. English language required and valid right to work in the UK. Initial 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP programmes in a customer-side leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade programme from assessment to stabilisation.
• Lead governance forums, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business change, training and adoption for the upgrade.
