Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations in the UK. You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare, coordinating multiple SAP workstreams with senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive SAP programme delivery experience, including S/4HANA migrations/rollouts, and a strong grasp of SAP Activate.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP programmes in complex enterprises.
• Proven track record with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or multi-country rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
