Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Lead to drive the multi-year upgrade program (S/4HANA) from an Operations perspective. You will own the end-to-end upgrade, govern the roadmap, and coordinate with PLM and MES teams to ensure seamless manufacturing and supply-chain workflows in a highly regulated defence environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP upgrade or S/4HANA transformation programmes in an Operations setting.
• Knowledge of core SAP Modules PP, PE, MM, WM, QM; understanding of SD & FI/CO.
• Experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, configuration control, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end upgrade of the legacy SAP system from an Operations viewpoint.
• Define and manage the upgrade strategy, scope, deployment approach, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
• Lead technical assessment, data migration strategy, and cutover planning.
• Ensure SAP-PLM-MES integrations align with engineering, manufacturing and supply-chain workflows.
