Job summary

Focus Cloud is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager for a 6-month contract in Cheshire. You will lead a customer-side upgrade, owning end-to-end delivery from assessment through stabilisation, coordinating with SAP, SI partners and business stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

This senior role requires strong governance, executive stakeholder management and change leadership to ensure business outcomes and organisational readiness across functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SAP programmes on the customer side with accountability for business outcomes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance across Finance, IT and business.
• Proven delivery across assessment, mobilisation, execution, cutover, go-live and stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade programme on the customer side, owning scope, roadmap, budget, governance and benefits.
• Establish programme governance, RAID, financial controls and executive reporting across partners.
• Shape the business case, investment roadmap and funding submissions, translating technical findings into business impacts.
• Coordinate SAP RISE readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition into support.
• Lead business change, communications, training and adoption to ensure organisational readiness.
