Evolve ERP seeks an experienced SAP Functional Lead to head a team of SAP consultants across Finance, Supply Chain and other areas. You will guide delivery, mentor staff, and uphold SAP Activate and Cloud ALM best practices while collaborating with senior stakeholders and supporting client workshops.

The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects within a dynamic consulting environment, with emphasis on leadership and quality delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience leading SAP functional teams or a solution architecture practice.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and functional delivery.
• Good understanding of SAP Activate, Cloud ALM and SAP best practices.
• Experience managing and mentoring SAP Consultants across multiple functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SAP Functional Consultants.
• Oversee functional delivery standards across multiple SAP projects.
• Support SAP Public and Private Cloud presales demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Ensure consistent use of SAP Activate methodology and Cloud ALM.
• Review functional specifications and configurations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage consultant allocation, resource planning and delivery readiness.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and support client workshops.
