Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Manager to join its leading consultancy. You will oversee delivery of SAP S/4HANA programmes across industries, ensuring successful implementations and ongoing optimisation for a diverse client base.

In this client-facing leadership role you will manage service delivery, build executive relationships, mentor delivery teams and drive account growth while maintaining strong governance, quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working within SAP consulting, systems integration or a technology services environment.
• Proven experience managing SAP services, delivery teams or complex SAP programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects.
• Experience managing client relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable commercial awareness, including budget management, financial reporting and delivery profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA service delivery across implementation, transformation, optimisation and support, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for service-related matters.
• Provide governance across multiple SAP engagements, monitoring delivery performance, risks, dependencies, resource allocation and service-level agreements.
• Lead, mentor and develop SAP consultants, functional specialists and technical teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative delivery culture.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including relevant functional modules, system integration, data migration and business process transformation.
