A leading technology firm is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to manage SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations. This hybrid role involves leading a team of ABAP developers and Functional Consultants across FICO, SD, and MM. The ideal candidate will bridge functional design and technical build while ensuring alignment between process design and technical execution. Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership in complex ERP programmes is essential, along with a solid understanding of governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering SAP ECC and S/4HANA migrations.
• Background in ABAP or Techno-Functional work.
• Confidence in guiding functional design into robust SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of core S/4HANA functional and ABAP components.
• Manage and coach a team of Functional Consultants and ABAP developers.
• Own the translation layer between functional requirements and ABAP delivery.
