SAP S/4 Hana Change Manager needed for my very busy client. You must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. They do not want or need someone that is strategic, they have that covered. They are looking for a highly capable and people-led SAP S/4 HANA Change Manager to join an ERP transformation programme in the public sector. This role is essential in helping sustain and build momentum through a pivotal period of the programme. You’ll focus on managing the change champion network and supporting internal capability, as well as contributing to communications and training strategies. This is not a traditional delivery-only role. It’s about building trust, alignment and sustainability – strengthening the organisation so it emerges stronger than it started.
