Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PS (Project System) within SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally including Project System.
• Background as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Sub-Process Lead.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project scope, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business users and technical teams during the SAP implementation.
• Understand and communicate SAP functionality and process changes to different audiences.
• Facilitate project planning sessions covering scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resources.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements align with project objectives.
• Help ensure the project delivers measurable business value.
• Simplify complex SAP and technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
