Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking a Business Analyst / SAP PS Sub-Process Lead for a Ramsgate-based hybrid role. You will bridge business users and technical teams across UK, US and Australia, translating requirements into SAP processes.

The role focuses on managing scope, requirements, risks and delivery while keeping stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate has strong SAP PS and S/4HANA experience, BA or Sub-Process Lead background, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP PS (Project System) experience is essential.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally including Project System.
• Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Sub-Process Lead experience.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project scope, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• A degree or equivalent level of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business users and technical teams during the SAP implementation.
• Understand and communicate SAP functionality and process changes to different audiences.
• Facilitate project planning sessions covering scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements and project objectives are clearly understood.
• Help ensure the project delivers measurable business value.
• Simplify complex SAP and technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
