Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking a SAP PS Business Analyst to support an S/4HANA transformation. You will act as the liaison between business users and SAP teams, translating requirements into actionable designs and guiding workshops across regions.

The role involves ensuring scope and milestones are met, managing risks, and reporting progress to sponsors. Hybrid/remote options apply with occasional travel to Ramsgate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or project lead.
• Strong SAP Project System (PS) module experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project planning, resource management and risk management experience.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Able to collaborate across different time zones.

Business Analyst

Location: Ramsgate, Kent (Hybrid 1 day per week) or Remote

Salary: £27.69 - £29.23 per hour DOE

Contract: Temporary Assignment to December 2026 (with potential extension)

Hours: 37.5 per week
