Job summary

Greencore is seeking a skilled SAP Programme Planner / PMO Lead to drive the Project Vision, delivering a detailed integrated plan across multiple sites. You will manage capacity planning, budgeting, and change control while coordinating with senior leaders to ensure alignment of workstreams and timely delivery.

The role combines remote working with travel to Greencore sites, requiring strategic thinking, strong organisation, and a pragmatic hands-on approach to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management processes and tools.
• Experience leading programme management including tracking progress and RAID management.
• Experience in technology implementations and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong certification in PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed planning of the transformation project.
• Manage capacity planning and resource gaps with SLT.
• Oversee all change control processes for the programme.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure plan integration.
• Oversight of status updates and QA from key workstreams.
• Act as PMO for the code change workstream within Project Vision.
• Lead resourcing and upskilling across the project team.
• Drive budget management and reporting for the programme.
