This SAP Programme Manager role offers a varied and rewarding experience for those passionate about leadership, strategic programme governance, and large-scale SAP delivery in challenging environments. It is ideal for individuals who thrive on complexity, relationship management, and helping clients maximize their SAP investment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of SAP projects and programmes, ensuring governance across multiple initiatives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial proposals to live transition.
• Develop strong partnerships with client executives to align programme outcomes with business goals.
• Support commercial growth through new opportunities and compelling proposals.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and client expectations.
• Mentor and share knowledge within the SAP Programme Manager community.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience delivering SAP programmes at scale in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Proven track record leading multi-million-pound SAP projects across industries.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with recognised qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2).
• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in commercial management, financial reporting, and aligning to client strategies.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, mentor staff, and foster high-performance environments.
• Supplier management experience and strategic thinking in third-party partnerships.
