As an SAP Programme Manager, you will:

1. Lead the successful delivery of SAP projects and programmes, ensuring governance and oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives.
2. Manage the full project lifecycle, from shaping initial commercial proposals to supporting transition into live service.
3. Develop strong partnerships with client executives, ensuring alignment of programme outcomes with broader business goals.
4. Support commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and working collaboratively to develop compelling proposals.
5. Steer the prioritisation of initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and client expectations.
6. Act as a mentor and role model within the SAP Programme Manager community, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices across delivery teams.

The ideal SAP Programme Manager will have:

1. Extensive experience delivering SAP programmes at scale within complex, multi-vendor environments.
2. A proven track record of leading SAP projects valued in the multi-million-pound range across varied industries.
3. A strong grounding in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with recognised qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2).
4. Outstanding client-facing and negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
5. Experience of commercial management, financial reporting, and ensuring alignment to client strategies.
6. A clear ability to lead diverse technical and delivery teams, mentoring individuals and building high-performance environments.
7. Proven supplier management experience and a strategic mindset in managing third-party partnerships.
