Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Carlisle (EW3) seeks an operative to support a consistent transfer of products from Production to the Riverbank Distribution Centre. You will work closely with production and report to the Senior Dock Operative.

The main duties include accurate palletisation, TEL labelling, PI sheet verification and SAP-driven movements between Production, Despatch and Riverbank DC. Health & Safety awareness is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a despatch or incoming dock environment.
• Experience of SAP system desirable (training will be provided).
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient palletisation of products received from production.
• Carry out tray end labelling (TELs) and ensure labels are generated and trays are labelled accurately.
• Verify product information sheets (PI sheets) and update as necessary.
• Transfer products between Production, Despatch and Riverbank distribution centre using the SAP system.
• Communicate overs/shorts and other relevant information to the Senior Dock Operative and relevant Backpacking team member.
• Report any inaccuracies in date life data to the Senior Dock Operative.
• Maintain clean as you go.
