Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an SAP PLM Consultant to support S/4HANA and PEO in a UK-based, hybrid setup with readiness to commute to Reading. The role offers up to 70,000 plus excellent benefits and ongoing training & certifications.

You will bridge design and production by managing product structures, BOM transitions, and DMS/PLMSI workflows within secure client environments, serving complex engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Active UK DV clearance is required.
• Hands-on SAP PEO, DMS or PLMSI in SAP S/4HANA.
• Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycles (BOM governance).
• Experience in highly regulated engineering, defence or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering change control, version management and BOM transitions.

The Role:

• SAP PLM & PEO Support Specialist

• Managing engineering change control, version management, and BOM transitions

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP PEO, DMS, or PLMSI solutions within SAP S/4HANA

• Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle processes (BOM management, product data governance)

• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated engineering, defence, or manufacturing sectors

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
