Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for UK-wide coverage with remote/hybrid working. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA administration, SolMan configuration, system security, and peak performance management across a secure enterprise landscape.

You will own daily administration, monitoring, and patching while ensuring compliance and audit readiness within a governed environment. A DV clearance and hands-on SAP background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance (Mandatory).
• Hands-on SAP Basis administration experience within SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Good working knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.
• Experience managing secure, on-premise enterprise SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP S/4HANA administration and SolMan configuration.
• System health, performance, and capacity monitoring to proactively resolve issues.
• Overseeing transport management, patching, refreshes, and landscape maintenance.
• Configuring and optimising SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Supporting platform-level security, compliance, and audit requirements.
