Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a SAP PLM Consultant to support S/4HANA and PEO in highly regulated engineering environments, bridging design and production by managing BOM transitions, DMS and PLMSI integrations within secure client landscapes.

Based in the UK with hybrid working options, the role offers exposure to aerospace/defence sectors, ongoing training, and access to world-class certifications to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP PEO, DMS, or PLMSI solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
• Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle processes (BOM management, product data governance).
• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated engineering, defence, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing engineering change control, version management, and BOM transitions.
• Supporting SAP DMS, CAD/3D model data, and PLMSI integration workflows.
• Investigating and resolving process issues and service requests in secure client environments.
• Hybrid working with flexible arrangements.
