Elix Sourcing Solutions seeks a SAP PLM Consultant to support S/4HANA, PEO, and BOM processes in complex engineering environments. The role offers a hybrid UK-based setup with commuting access to Reading and ongoing training opportunities.

You will bridge design and production by managing product structures, BOM transitions, DMS/PLMSI workflows, and change control, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders across aerospace and defence sectors.

Qualifications

• Active UK DV security clearance required.
• Hands-on SAP PEO, DMS or PLMSI in SAP S/4HANA.
• Engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle experience (BOM management).
• Experience in regulated aerospace/defence sectors.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance

• Background in engineering-to-manufacturing lifecycle processes (BOM management, product data governance)




• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated engineering, defence, or manufacturing sectors




• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
