Job summary

The SAP Team at the University of Warwick is seeking a SAP Platform Administrator to operate, maintain and develop the University's SAP landscape. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a technically focused team supporting finance, research, estates and other services.

This role offers opportunities to work with enterprise-scale technology in a complex environment. While SAP experience is advantageous, strong OS, infrastructure, platform admin or technical support backgrounds are

Qualifications

Experience in systems administration, infrastructure support or enterprise applications.
Experience administering SAP systems, databases or enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of Linux or Windows Server, cloud, networking or platform engineering, with willingness to learn SAP.
Ability to produce technical documentation and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration, monitoring and maintenance of business-critical systems.
Support databases, application platforms, integrations and infrastructure.
Contribute to system reliability, performance, security and governance.
Assist with future SAP projects and upgrades.
