Job summary

The Open University is seeking an SAP Security Consultant to strengthen security for its cloud-enabled SAP landscape. You will manage and support SAP roles across diverse systems while collaborating with various IT teams to ensure best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computing & IT or equivalent experience. Benefits include 33 days leave, pension contributions, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a Computing & IT related subject or equivalent professional experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP roles and authorisation or strong technical background in identity and access management.
• Experience of working in at least one large enterprise system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Roles & Authorisations across various systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP role structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP access and security issues.

Skills

SAP roles and authorisation

Technical background in identity management

SAP S/4HANA experience

Troubleshooting access control issues

Knowledge of Cloud IaaS and PaaS

Education
